FAST is Gym Culture’s small group training program designed to build real-world strength and quality movement.
Led by a certified personal trainer, each session combines strength training, agility work, and functional conditioning on our turf training area.
You’ll move through dynamic stations using equipment like battle ropes, medicine ball slams, sled pushes, agility drills, and functional strength movements to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, mobility and endurance.
Every exercise can be scaled to your fitness level, so whether you're looking to move better, get stronger, perform at a higher level, or accomplish a quick and effective full body workout, FAST will meet you where you are.
